About Siddwell.
Siddwell is an AI-native investment bank for privately held US companies with $1M to $100M in revenue, doing sell-side M&A and capital advisory.
Banker-led. Software-run. The firm runs the process a company this size rarely gets. On a sale or a financing, the market is mapped, the parties compete, and the result is negotiated. A banker owns the deal. Software does the work that used to take a room full of analysts, which is why the work can be done at this size.
What is Siddwell?
Siddwell (spelled with two d's, not Sidwell) is an AI-native investment bank in New York for privately held US companies doing $1 million to $100 million in revenue. The work is sell-side M&A and capital advisory. A banker owns the deal. Software does the research, the lists, the first drafts, and the document chasing.
Siddwell is not a lender, not a licensed loan broker, and not a business broker. Lenders make loans. Buyers buy companies. The firm advises the owner and makes the relevant market compete.

Two service lines.
Sell-side M&A is the sale. A full exit and a clean transition. A majority stake, with liquidity taken off the table and the owner still running the company beside a new partner. Or a division that no longer fits and would be worth more on its own. The buyer market includes private equity, strategic acquirers, family offices, search funds, independent sponsors, and international buyers.
Capital advisory is the raise. Expansion, equipment, an acquisition, a shareholder buyout, or a refinancing of obligations the company already has. The market is banks, SBA lenders, private credit, and the specialists who finance a specific asset. Terms should be set by that market, not by whoever reached the company first.

Who it is for.
Owners of privately held companies doing $1 million to $100 million in revenue. Manufacturers, distributors, service businesses, the trades. Companies that are profitable, private, and have never been big enough for a bulge-bracket bank to staff.
The other side of the table is buyers, lenders, and investors who want those companies: strategic acquirers, private equity, search funds, family offices, and the credit funds built for this size. They name what they are looking for. They hear from the firm when it is representing something that fits. That is the Siddwell buyer and lender network.
No black box.
The software does the deal's heavy, repetitive work—research, buyer and investor lists, first-draft materials, document chasing. The banker does the part that actually gets a deal done: making the calls that set your price, running the negotiation, and holding the relationships with you and with every buyer, lender or investor at the table.
How it runs, either way:
- 01 Engagement. We sign a letter, go through your books, and build the case a buyer, investor or lender will back.
- 02 Market. We prepare the materials and map everyone who matters.
- 03 Competition. We take them out at once and let them bid against each other, not one call at a time.
- 04 Close. We run diligence, compare the offers, negotiate, and take it to signing.
What Siddwell is and isn't.
Siddwell is not a lender, not a licensed loan broker, and not a business broker. It does not advance the purchase price, and it does not shop a company to a short list and call that a sale. Lenders make loans. Buyers buy companies. The firm advises, and it makes the relevant market compete.
No deal count, client list, or testimonial is published, so none is offered here. The first call costs nothing, and it is not a commitment.
